Stunning double row of round clear cut chaton rhinestones in this French design sash buckle. This buckle has a two prong style that has a bright shimmering overlay on top of the buckle. Victorian turn of the century style. Good wearable vintage condition. Paste stones show some signs of age and slight darkening. No black or missing stones.
